That's what Bush had to say when the administration's census bureau announced that the ranks of the poor and uninsured grew (again) last year, and in every year since he's been president. Mr. Bush failed to communicate that on his watch we lost 3 million jobs and that in large part his tax cuts and the Iraq war has led us to record deficits.
