"Because we acted, our economy since last summer has grown at a rate as fast as any in nearly 20 years. Since last August, we've added about 1.5 million new jobs.''

That's what Bush had to say when the administration's census bureau announced that the ranks of the poor and uninsured grew (again) last year, and in every year since he's been president. Mr. Bush failed to communicate that on his watch we lost 3 million jobs and that in large part his tax cuts and the Iraq war has led us to record deficits. Plain spoken cowboy like my butt taste like meatloaf. (more here from nytimes.com)

his music makes me want to play my guitar and record songs. damn he's good!
