I H.E.A.R.T. Google Docs
I have a final exam that's due on Monday, October 1st, and decided to begin using Google Docs (GG), an online, web-based word processor, and to save all my documents online. There are a few reasons for this decision, some of which I hope are obvious. There are a few "limitations" with GD (i.e. headers, footers, page numbering) that I have yet to figure out, or that might not exist, but it's stuff I might be able to live without.
The main drawback with Microsoft Word, which is the program to be replaced by GD, are the countless features that I don't (or will never) use. Plus the files created with Word are stored on my hard drive, which if my computer is stolen or broken my files might be lost forever. And let's not forget the elephant in the room--Word isn't free, GD is.
